General Terms & Conditions
• Check-in: & Check-out: 12:00 Noon.
• Early Check In & Late Check out would attract an extra charge of an additional night.
• The tariff is in Indian Rupees (INR).
• All disputes are subject to Ernakulam jurisdiction.
Check in Documentation
INDIAN NATIONALS:
As per Govt. of India regulations, all Indian nationals (adults & children) are required to provide a proof of identity such as Driving License, Voter’s ID, Aadhar
Card or Passport, at the time of check–in.
FOREIGN NATIONALS:
All foreign nationals are required to produce their valid Passports and Visa, at the time of check in.
Occupancy Policy
• Maximum occupancy As per room Capacity including adult or child.
• Extra Bed / Roll Away Bed will be charged additional.
Deposit & Cancellation Policy
Standard policy:
• The Booking will be confirmed on a 50% advance payment and balance 30 days before the arrival.
• Free cancellation, modification accepted up to 30 days before the Check-in.
• 100% retention charge will be applicable if cancelled or amended within the 30 days of the arrival.
• 100 % retention charge will be applicable for No Show, Late Arrival and Early Departure.(except with prior mail approval)
• Refunds will attract 10% of administration charges.
Super Peak: 22nd Dec to 05th Jan
• The Booking will be confirmed on a 50% advance payment and balance 30 days before the arrival.
• Stay period between 22nd Dec to 05th Jan are non-amendable, non-cancellable and non-refundable.
• 100% retention charge will be applicable if cancelled or amended.
• 100 % retention charges will be applicable for No Show, Late Arrival and Early Departure. (except with prior mail approval)
Force Majeure Clause:
Further, in the event of a Force Majeure, ‘Emerald Royal Residency’ shall not charge retention for Any cancellation or change of the reservation made by the
Guests, or That part of the reservation that was not consumed by the guests who are affected by the Force Majeure Event.
However, ‘Emerald Royal Residency’ shall at its own discretion provide the client a credit note that is valid till the claim-by-date defined by Emerald Royal Residency. The client will not be entitled to make any grievance thereafter in respect of the same.
